David Wallace Award for Applied Statistics

June 4, 2019

The Department's David Wallace Award for Applied Statistics is given yearly to graduate students working on applications of statistics in scientific domains. The award includes a supplement to the student's summer support. This year, the award was given to Yuxin Zou for her research on genetic fine mapping and on multivariate association analysis with no natural baseline. This award was established thanks to a generous donation by Statistics alumnus David Frohardt-Lane (MS, 2000).
