Research

My primary research interests are in the fields of computational biology and bioinformatics. I am currently focusing on applying statistical machine learning techniques to understand experimental data and simulation data of the kinetics of various molecular processes.

I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science at Stanford University in September 2007 with Professor Vijay Pande.

I received dual B.S. degrees from MIT in Chemical Engineering and Mathematics with Computer Science in 2001. I also received a M.S. degree from Stanford in Computer Science in 2004.
