Description: This course is a continuation of STAT 24410. The focus is on theory and practice of linear models, including the analysis of variance, regression, correlation, and some multivariate analysis. Additional topics may include bootstrapping for regression models, nonparametric regression, and regression models with correlated errors.
Prerequisite(s): STAT 24410. Linear algebra (MATH 19620 or 20250 or STAT 24300 or equivalent).
Note(s): Students may count either STAT 24500 or STAT 24510, but not both, toward the forty-two credits required for graduation.
