Dan Nicolae has been named the Elaine M. and Samuel D. Kersten, Jr. Distinguished Service Professor.

Profs. Dan Nicolae and Michael Franklin are the 2023 recipients of the Arthur L. Kelly Faculty Prize for Exceptional Service in the Physical Sciences Division.

The Eric and Wendy Schmidt AI in Science Postdoctoral Fellowship, a program of Schmidt Futures, will train the next generation of scientists combining research in both AI and science fields, including physics, astronomy and biology.
